30 Day Return Policy

Pagoda.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center or purchased from a store) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Pagoda.com provides you with two easy methods of returning an item purchased on www.pagoda.com; returns by mail and returns to a Pagoda.com kiosk or retail store. Items purchased in a kiosk or retail store cannot be returned online.


90 Day Exchange Policy

Pagoda.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 90 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center). A gift card for the full purchase amount (excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges) will be issued.

Once an item has been returned and you have received credit for the purchase, a helpful customer service representative will contact you to assist in the replacement of your order. Any time prior to this process, you may call our customer service center at 1-800-866-9700 to replace your order.

Please Note: It is our policy to return the item, credit your account, and replace the order. Pagoda.com cannot leave the charge for the item on your credit card and send you a new item. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.


Returning An Item

Pagoda.com provides you with two easy methods of returning an item; returns by mail and returns to a Pagoda.com kiosk or retail store.

Returns by Mail
Please read the information on your original packing slip. Here are the basic steps to return:

  1. If there is damage to an item upon delivery, call our customer service center immediately at 1-800-866-9700 for assistance.
  2. Pack the item securely. Use the original package, if possible. Enclose the original or a copy of the packing slip. If you do not have your original packing slip, please provide us with your name, address, phone number, email address, and order number.
  3. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. For your protection, we recommend that you use a shipping method that provides insurance and tracking services from providers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS for your return. Ship the return package to the address indicated on the packing slip:

  4. Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our distribution center.
  5. You can expect a refund within 30 days of us receiving your returned product. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment used in your original purchase.

 

Please note the following return exceptions:
  • Merchandise sized, engraved, or altered in any way after purchase may be returned for exchange, merchandise credit, or refund.
  • Gift receipts may be used for exchanges only or to credit purchaser.
  • If you made your purchase using PayPal, Bill-Me-Later, e-Gift Card or the combination of a gift card with a credit card, your items must be returned to the online store. If you did not receive a prepaid UPS label in your package, please contact 1-800-866-9700 and we will provide you with the appropriate label for your return.
  • Please note that items purchased at a Pagoda.com store may NOT be returned by mail to our distribution center.

Returns to a Pagoda Kiosk or Retail Store
Please read the information on your original packing slip. Here are the basic steps to return:

  1. Place the item securely in the original package. All products must be returned in good condition, in original boxes, and with paperwork and accessories to ensure a full credit.
  2. Enclose the original packing slip with the item. If you no longer have the packing slip, bring a copy of your ship confirmation email or online purchase receipt displayed during checkout.
  3. Take the package to any Pagoda.com kiosk or retail store.
  4. The store associate will process your return. Refund will be credited to the same form of payment in your original purchase. Please allow 30 days for the credit to appear on your billing statement. Please note that your original shipping and handling or other additional costs will not be refunded, unless you received a damage, defective, or incorrect item.
