Free Returns at a Store or By Mail
Use one of our convenient options to return any item purchased in-store or online.
SEND BY MAIL
- Start your return online.
- Ship your items to your nearest store with the prepaid shipping label (we'll email this to you).
- Returns are processed in 10-14 business days and refunds are expected 5-7 business days after processing.
BRING TO A STORE
- Bring your items and packing slip or order confirmation to a store.
- Find any store associate for assistance.
- Refunds are expected within 30 days to the original form of payment.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges.
Merchandise shipped between October 16, 2020 and December 24, 2020 can be returned through January 24, 2021.
- Products must be returned to store in original condition with boxes, paperwork, and accessories to ensure a full credit.
- Merchandise sized, engraved, or altered in any way after purchase may not be returned or exchanged.
- Gift receipts may be used for exchanges only or to credit purchaser.
- Purchases made using PayPal, Bill-Me-Later, e-Gift Card must be returned to the online store.
- Shipping and handling will not be refunded unless you received a damage, defective, or incorrect item.
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it within 90 days of the date your order was shipped.
