Why are ship dates extended? Could my order be delayed even longer?

We are actively monitoring our supply chain for issues that impact our operations, and are working closely with our suppliers to assess and minimize any potential effect.

Shipping dates have been extended due the global resources utilized by our business. Several of our vendor partners are located in countries that have been completely shut down due to the COVID-19 virus.  Once they are again open for business and can begin shipping,  we expect shipping to resume quickly and promptly.

As far as extended delays, rest assured both Signet and all its vendor partners are working as quickly as they can to ensure order fulfillment. The uncertainties of the COVID-19 virus and the safety of our vendor partners and their employees are paramount. While we regret that these shipping delays exist, they are currently beyond our control and are subject to change.

Shipping rates and methods are dependent on the item(s) you purchase, destination of your order, and the shipping method you select. Your order must be received and your credit card authorized by 11:00 AM CT or your order will not be processed until the following business day.

Please Note: Shipping times are based on when your package leaves our distribution center. You can obtain your tracking number from Pagoda by calling our customer service center at 1-800-866-9700 or by accessing order details in Order Status Each shipping method has its own restrictions and charges that will be applied to your order (see below for details).

Exceptions to our delivery time frame:
  • Inclement weather conditions may delay or postpone our deliveries. Pagoda.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charge based on an inclement weather delay.
  • If the delivery of your package is delayed or postponed due to circumstances beyond the control of Piercing Pagoda, Pagoda.com or the carrier , such as the re-routing of delivery based on mechanical difficulties, Pagoda.com will not hold liability or refund the shipping charges.

General Shipping Information

  • Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 AM CT or your order may not be processed until the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution center in 1-2 business days. Exceptions include items that require ring sizing, are out of stock, and items that are personalized.
  • Add time based on the shipping method selected:
    • Standard : 3-7 business days
    • 2 Day : within 2 business days (allow extra time for Alaska & Hawaii)
    • 1 Day : within 1 business day (only available for delivery to the 48 contiguous states)
  • Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
  • 1 Day shipping is only available for in-stock items. Customized items, special order items, advanced order items, out of stock items, or items that require ring sizing are excluded.
