Free Ear Piercing

We provide FREE ear piercing with the purchase of a pair of piercing earrings. Learn more about our ear piercing expertise or find your local store.

Free Lay Away Plan

With our easy and convenient layaway plan, you can take up to 90 days to pay! There are no extra charges to create a layaway plan, however, if cancelled a small fee may apply. Layaway is available at your local store or kiosk only. Find the Piercing Pagoda nearest you.

Returns Service

Pagoda.com is dedicated to delighting you with your jewelry purchase and our services. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days (of the date your order was shipped from our distribution center or purchased from a store) for a full refund of the purchase price, excluding shipping, handling, or other additional charges. Extended Service Agreement

The Piercing Pagoda Extended Agreement (Pagoda ESA) provides a one-time replacement in the event that your jewelry purchase is damaged under normal conditions or due to a manufacturing defect during the first calendar year after the purchase of your jewelry.

The Pagoda ESA is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Pagoda ESA only covers product damage under normal conditions or due to manufacturing defect. The Pagoda ESA does not cover any costs, expenses or damages not specifically set forth herein, including indirect or consequential damages.
• The price of each Pagoda ESA is based upon the item's ticketed regular retail price, and is not available for all items.
• Only one item is covered under the Pagoda ESA.
• The Pagoda ESA cannot be renewed.
• The Pagoda ESA is only valid if the product's original receipt is attached.
• The Pagoda ESA covers replacements only, not repairs. If the same item is not available as a replacement, the Pagoda ESA holder may select an item of equal or lesser value and/or a merchandise credit (not in the form of a Gift Card).
• The Pagoda ESA is for one-time use only if an item is replaced under the Pagoda ESA, the replacement item will only be covered if an additional Pagoda ESA covering the replacement item is purchased.
• Loss for any reason, including theft, is not covered.
• The Pagoda ESA can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, even if the covered item is not returned, or exchanged for store credit, only if the covered item is exchanged, between thirty one (31) and ninety (90) days after purchase.
• If the Pagoda ESA is available for purchase online, the option will appear on the product page and within the shopping bag. It can also be purchased at one of our retail stores or kiosks.
