Select stores are now open on a reduced scheduled. Store re-open decisions are being made based on guidelines from local government and health officials. Team members in re-opened stores are practicing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing schedules and procedures, including additional sanitization of our jewelry, surfaces, touch screens and high touch areas.

Q. Extended Return Policy
A. We have extended our return policy to accommodate our customers during these uncertain times. Merchandise purchased between October 16, 2020 and December 24, 2020 can be returned through January 24, 2021. Exchanges are permitted within 90 days from the purchase date. Jewelry must be in good condition with all accessories. Exchanges cannot be processed on pagoda.com.
Q. Am I required to wear a face mask if I go to a store?
A. Yes, customers and employees must wear masks in store. We wear masks to protect you, so please wear a mask to protect us.

Q. What impact does this have on my diamond bond and lifetime protection plan?
A. We appreciate that you are concerned with maintaining your lifetime warranty. While your jewelry is expected to be cleaned and inspected every six months, we will extend a six month grace period from the original inspection date to remain compliant with your warranty terms during these unprecedented times. We will continue to take good care of you and your jewelry needs when you are able to comfortably return for your inspection, as the safety of our team members and customers is our primary concern. We will happily inspect and honor your warranty at that time. In the event of any changes, we will post updated information on our website. Q. What measures are being taken by Piercing Pagoda employees for piercing services?
A. For piercing services, team members will be wearing both a face shield and a mask while using sanitized materials. All piercing materials are cleaned and sanitized before and after use.
