We are focused on the highest standards of safety and health—for you and our valued team members. It's part of our new LOVE TAKES CARE safety program, an initiative that not only follows but in a number of instances exceeds the very latest safety protocols from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention and other safety and health organizations. Developed in collaboration with Cleveland Clinic, LOVE TAKES CARE is your assurance that all Banter stores are doing everything possible to ensure your safety as you pursue your self-expression.

There are several things you'll notice at Banter:

• Every Banter team member will be wearing a face mask.

• We're also requiring that every customer wear a face mask for your protection as well as others'.

• If you have to wait for service, floor signage will be visible for proper social distancing.

• We are sanitizing every piece of jewelry before presenting it and will sanitize it again when you hand it back.

• Jewelry display cases will be sanitized after each customer visit.

• Every store will undergo a thorough sanitizing process multiple times a day

• In addition to a face mask, team members will wear a face shield when performing piercing services.

• Before receiving a piercing, each customer will submit to a temperature check and answer a few simple screening questions related to COVID-19 symptoms.

• Our piercing chairs will be thoroughly sanitized before and after every customer use, and our state-of-the-art instruments will be sanitized before and after use.
