The Banter Extended Agreement (Banter ESA) provides a one-time replacement in the event that your jewelry purchase is damaged under normal conditions or due to a manufacturing defect during the first calendar year after the purchase of your jewelry.

The Banter ESA is subject to the following terms and conditions:

• The Banter ESA only covers product damage under normal conditions or due to manufacturing defect. The Banter ESA does not cover any costs, expenses or damages not specifically set forth herein, including indirect or consequential damages.
• The price of each Banter ESA is based upon the item's ticketed regular retail price, and is not available for all items.
• Only one item is covered under the Banter ESA.
• The Banter ESA cannot be renewed.
• The Banter ESA is only valid if the product's original receipt is attached.
• The Banter ESA covers replacements only, not repairs. If the same item is not available as a replacement, the Banter ESA holder may select an item of equal or lesser value and/or a merchandise credit (not in the form of a Gift Card).
• The Banter ESA is for one-time use only if an item is replaced under the Banter ESA, the replacement item will only be covered if an additional Banter ESA covering the replacement item is purchased.
• Loss for any reason, including theft, is not covered.
• The Banter ESA can be returned for a refund within thirty (30) days of purchase, even if the covered item is not returned, or exchanged for store credit, only if the covered item is exchanged, between thirty one (31) and ninety (90) days after purchase.
• If the Banter ESA is available for purchase online, the option will appear on the product page and within the shopping bag. It can also be purchased at one of our retail stores or kiosks.
