Shopping Bag
When you shop on Pagoda.com and add an item to your bag, it is saved for you to purchase. Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List.
Options in the Shopping Bag:
- Review your order. Review the details of your order before you proceed to our secure checkout.
- Update order quantity. If you wish to update the order quantity of any item in your bag, simply type the desired quantity next to the item and click "Update Bag."
- Remove an item from your Shopping Bag. Select the item and click "Remove from Bag" or change the order quantity to zero and click "Update Bag."
- Return to shopping. If you wish to continue shopping while viewing your Shopping Cart, click "Continue Shopping." Items in your Shopping Bag will remain until they are purchased, removed, or moved to your Wish List. At any time, you may return to your Shopping Bag by clicking "Shopping Bag" at the top of any page.
- Proceed to Secure Checkout. When you are ready to purchase your order, click "Proceed to Secure Checkout." Our checkout process is fast, easy and secure. Find out more about our Secure Shopping Guarantee.
- Move an Item to Your Wish List. If there are items in your Shopping Bag that you wish to save but not purchase immediately, you can move them to your Wish List by clicking on "Move to Wish List." Find out more about your Wish List.
Checkout Process
Pagoda.com allows you to complete the checkout process in one of two ways:
1. New Customer
Welcome to Pagoda.com and thank you for shopping with us! Our checkout process is easy and simple to follow, however, if you have any questions during the checkout process, please call our customer service center at 1-800-866-9700 for assistance.
- Promotion/Discount Code: Enter the code exactly as it appears. Codes are case sensitive. Click "Apply". Click "Proceed to Secure Checkout".
- Sign In. Simply proceed by clicking "Continue Checkout."
- Billing Address. Please enter your name and billing address as they appear on your monthly credit card billing statement. If you are paying with a Gift Card this address will allow us to contact you if any issues arise with your order.
- Privacy Policy: We protect and enforce the confidentiality of your information, and under no circumstances do we sell or rent this information to other businesses. We respect your privacy and seek to protect the trust you place in Pagoda.com
- Shipping Method. Select the shipping method based on your shipping address and the items you selected. Click "Continue Checkout".
- Signature Required. For your protection, Pagoda.com requires a signature for the receipt of any shipment valued at $100 or more. Please consider this policy when selecting a shipping address.
- Payment Options. Select from one of our various payment methods and click "Continue Checkout".
- Review Your Order. Review your entire order, including your shipping address, the selected shipping method, and your billing information. All information can be easily changed, if needed, by clicking the associated "Edit" buttons.
- Complete Your Order. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order". Your order is submitted once the receipt page is displayed.
- Receipt. After you complete the checkout process, the Receipt page provides you with your order number, date and total. Print this receipt and save the order information for your records. You will need this information for all references to your order.

If you have purchased with Pagoda.com before and are registered, Welcome back! You are now just a few steps away from completing your order.

- Complete Your Order. To complete your purchase, click "Send My Order". Your order is submitted once the receipt page is displayed.
