FREE Ear Piercing with the Purchase of Piercing Earrings
Anyone under 18 years of age must have the consent of their parent or legal guardian to obtain our Ear Piercing Service. Ear piercing is performed FREE with the purchase of piercing earrings. Ear piercing is available in most locations.
· Ear piercing earrings may not be returned for exchange, merchandise credit or refund.
· Proof of age is required before ear piercing is performed.
· Authorization must be executed before piercing.

FREE Layaway
With our convenient layaway plan, you can take up to 90 days to pay. There is a $5 layaway cancellation fee except where prohibited by law. 

Gift Certificates/Gift Cards
Our Gift Certificates and cards can be redeemed for any item. However, they may not be exchanged for cash, merchandise credit or returned unless state law provides otherwise. 

30-Day Return Policy
Original receipt and merchandise is required.
Return merchandise for: 
· Exchange 
· Merchandise Credit 
· Refund 
Cash refund for any cash or check transaction up to $75. A refund check from our Corporate Office for cash or check transactions over $75 will be issued within two weeks. A credit will be issued to the charge account for a credit card transaction.

· All Sales are FINAL on clearance merchandise. 
· Body Jewelry for external use only and not returnable.
· Merchandise sized, engraved, or altered in any way may not be returned for exchange,

· ½ pair ear piercings are subject to a $2 non-refundable charge.
· Gift certificates, gift cards and Jewelry Club certificates may not be exchanged for,
  cash, merchandise credit or returned unless state law provides otherwise.
· Gift receipts may be used for exchanges only.
