1. What information does Pagoda.com collect from our online customers?
For those individuals who visit our site, we collect and store IP ("Internet Protocol") addresses during the visit. No individualized information is collected, and the IP address is not traced to a particular individual. 3. How does Pagoda.com use the individualized information that we collect?

We currently send emails only to those Pagoda.com customers who request that we provide them with information about our products and services. Currently, the Pagoda.com customer information that we maintain is stored in our internet database and in our corporate customer database. 5. How does Pagoda.com protect the safety and privacy of children?
We do not knowingly collect or store information on children under 13 years of age from our web site. If we learn that a child has requested email communication without his or her parent's consent, we immediately, upon parental request, remove all information concerning the child from our database.
